What thickness do I need?
All of our screens come in 2 thicknesses. If you need a freestanding screen, then take the 16mm option. If you want to attach the screen to a surface, then take the thinner 5mm version. Our 16mm thick screens are perfect for creating freestanding screenings using our posts. Our 5mm screens are perfect as cladding. They are designed to be simply drilled onto outdoor surfaces to hide unsightly fences or boring walls. If you are not sure about which thickness is best for your project - simply open the chat window and ask us! We would be delighted to help you work out which is best for your project.

Are there matching posts?
Yes! We have a range of purpose-built posts designed for our 16mm thick screens to make them freestanding. We have full-height and half-height posts so the screens can be used upright or horizontally. All posts come with a choice of the baseplate, meaning they can be installed onto any surface. See them here.

Delivery & Returns
Can I paint them?
Yes, absolutely! However, they will lose their "zero maintenance" aspect once you paint them, as they will need ongoing painting, as all painted products outside do!
Can I cut them to size?
Yes, all of our composite screens can be cut to fit any area. The internal material itself it totally weatherproof, so cutting them to size will not affect their longevity outdoors.

What is it made of?
The majority of our screens are made of an advanced wood plastic composite. The Verdure garden screen has been designed to stand up to years of rain and moisture without ageing. They have been subjected to extensive tests to ensure the highest standards, including being submerged in water to be sure that they show absolutely no signs of warping when damp. They have also been treated to ensure that they will not fade in the summer months. Sun and water-resistant, these screens will maintain their pristine condition all year round, for years to come.

Delivery & returns
We provide reliable UK delivery, with dispatch within 24 hours once your order has been placed and delivered by Fedex within 3 working days.
If your order is not suitable, returns can be arranged in line with our UK returns policy, provided items are returned unused and within the specified return period.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We offer FREE UK delivery when you spend over £180. For International Orders, please contact the Sales Team for a quotation. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described. Please note that our warehouse is closed from 24th December - 5th January. Orders placed during this period will be dispatched from 6th January
HOW TO RETURN MY ITEMS?
To return your items, please follow these steps:
- Before returning any goods, you will need to contact customer service and quote your order reference number and details of the item to be returned. Any item returned should be unused and in its original condition, including packaging.
- Once your return is received, we will then arrange a replacement or process a refund depending on your requirements.
With a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery to notify us, and you have an additional 14 days to return, covering return postage unless faulty, while faulty goods qualify for a refund, repair, or replacement.
