Can I paint them?
Yes, absolutely! However, they will lose their "zero maintenance" aspect once you paint them, as they will need ongoing painting, as all painted products outside do!
Can I cut them to size?
Yes, all of our composite screens can be cut to fit any area. The internal material itself it titally weatherproof, so cutting them to size will not affect their longevity outdoors.
Delivery & returns
We provide reliable UK delivery, with dispatch within 24 hours once your order has been placed and delivered by Fedex within 3 working days.
If your order is not suitable, returns can be arranged in line with our UK returns policy, provided items are returned unused and within the specified return period.

Really happy with our screens, we bought some of the 5mm ones for fence decoration and the 16mm as decrotive panels as part of a pergola, they are honestly so pretty and well made. They have added such a different and modern touch to our garden. We put them up at the end of Summer last year and they have survived the winter perfectly, still look as good as new, The staff are also really lovely, Georgia was more then happy to chat with me about the product. I would not hesitate to recommend buying from screen with envy.
Lovely screens, I used the 5mm thick screens to jazz up a bland fence line, they look great and my client is very happy! Service was fab and delivered super fast.
identifying the product that best suited the need and budget, to receiving 6 extremely well packed screens, the process was easy. The few questions I did have were dealt with promptly by email. Communication throughout the delivery phase was good. And delivery was a two day affair. I’ve decided to extend the project further so will be purchasing a further 3 5mm thick screens. I was half way through the project when storm Eunice hit and had no problem with breakages of the fitted panels. So I’m happy.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We offer FREE UK delivery when you spend over £180. For International Orders, please contact the Sales Team for a quotation. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described. Please note that our warehouse is closed from 24th December - 5th January. Orders placed during this period will be dispatched from 6th January
HOW TO RETURN MY ITEMS?
To return your items, please follow these steps:
- Before returning any goods, you will need to contact customer service and quote your order reference number and details of the item to be returned. Any item returned should be unused and in its original condition, including packaging.
- Once your return is received, we will then arrange a replacement or process a refund depending on your requirements.
With a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery to notify us, and you have an additional 14 days to return, covering return postage unless faulty, while faulty goods qualify for a refund, repair, or replacement.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
We accept credit/debit cards through WorldPay. All transactions are processed securely. No card details are stored on our system.
